Referral Programme Rules

Article 1: Terms and Conditions

To take part, the customer must invite the people of their choice by email using the form provided for this purpose.

A REFERRER is defined as any royalnavette.ch customer who has already confirmed at least one booking and who has enabled one or more people of their choice to make a booking with royalnavette.ch.

Any customer who registers on the royalnavette.ch website using their referrer’s invitation will be considered a REFERRED CUSTOMER, provided they meet the conditions set out in these rules.

To validate the invitation, the referred customer must complete the registration form provided for this purpose. Creating a customer account is required in order to place an order on the royalnavette.ch website.

Only validated invitations will be taken into account. A REFERRED CUSTOMER may only have one referrer.

From the date of each REFERRED CUSTOMER’s first booking, the referrer receives a nominative referral voucher worth CHF 10.-, to be used for a future booking on royalnavette.ch.

From the date of the REFERRED CUSTOMER’s first booking on the royalnavette.ch website, their account is automatically credited with a CHF 5.- discount on their first booking.

A royalnavette.ch customer may invite a maximum of 6 people by email per send-out.

All mass referral activities, regardless of the medium used, are prohibited. Self-referral activities are also prohibited, where a customer registers with different email addresses in order to create a fictitious referral and obtain related benefits.

royalnavette.ch reserves the right to approve or reject any referral.

Under no circumstances may a customer ask royalnavette.ch to deduct the value of a voucher, whether a referral voucher or welcome voucher, from an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, if the voucher was not selected or was faulty when the order was placed.

Article 2: Limitations

If royalnavette.ch identifies serious irregularities committed by a customer taking part in the referral programme, it may take the necessary measures to put an end to these irregularities and, as a result, cancel any benefits or discounts that may have been unduly granted to that customer.

It is also recalled that:

Only the end user of the product will be considered a Referred Customer. The Referred Customer must use their own payment method. The referral programme operates within a private context. Referred Customers must be acquaintances, friends or relatives of their Referrer. It is also prohibited for the Referrer to refer themselves by creating two separate customer accounts.

royalnavette.ch reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by participants. Participants in this programme, both referrers and referred customers, must allow all checks relating to the validity of their referral. If, after verification, disputed elements remain, validation may be refused. Any false declaration will automatically result in exclusion from participation.

Article 3: Duration of the Referral Programme

royalnavette.ch reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or even cancel the referral programme if circumstances so require. It may not be held liable in this respect, on any grounds whatsoever.

Article 4

Spamming, meaning the sending of unsolicited or irrelevant emails to groups of people, is strongly discouraged in order to ensure the smooth running of the programme. royalnavette.ch reserves the right to permanently exclude from the programme any user reported to it as failing to comply with this rule.
